Today, Fullmind and Elevate K-12 are uniting.

Fullmind was built on a simple belief: every student deserves a great teacher, no matter where they live or what they need. We now have more capacity to deliver on this intention.

The combined company serves more than 225 school districts nationwide. We bring together a larger network of state-certified educators, a broader range of services, and two proven operating models that complement each other in ways that genuinely matter for students. Fullmind’s expertise in homebound instruction, special education, and summer programming. Elevate’s embedded on-site support and district operations experience. Together, we cover the full picture.

That said, scale needs to make us better, not just bigger. That is the standard we are holding ourselves to as we build this combined company.

In a market where virtual education providers have come and gone, we have made a deliberate choice to build differently. Operationally sound. Answerable to our customers, not to short-term pressures. The stability Fullmind has always stood gets stronger with this joining of two organizations.
